ToolMatrix360 is provided free of charge for personal, educational, commercial, and professional utility purposes. You do not need to register an account or pay subscription fees to use our core suite of 50+ client-side web tools.

2. Client-Side Processing & User Data Responsibility

All file processing, conversions, text calculations, and data formatting take place locally on your client device using JavaScript. You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all documents, images, and text payloads processed through ToolMatrix360.

Because we do not store copies of your data, you are solely responsible for saving, backing up, or downloading your processed files before navigating away from a tool page.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

To maintain service quality and security for all global users, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or inject malicious code into our frontend scripts.
• Use automated bots or scrapers to overload our website infrastructure.
• Use our tools to generate harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, original UI design elements, logos, icons, styling tokens, and custom code modules powering ToolMatrix360 are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not clone or redistribute the ToolMatrix360 application design as your own commercial product without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

ToolMatrix360 is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we meticulously test every tool for mathematical accuracy and standards compliance, we cannot warrant that the platform will operate completely uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
